Once a week you will receive a coaching consultation which will be based on the exploration of:

• The current state of your business and industry.
• Your efforts to grow and address issues.
• Learning about what you need to and would like to accomplish.
• Reflective interviewing with you will help us find the best structured solutions.
  • The exploration of paths that you and your business can take.
  • Recommendations based on what we are able to foresee.

Depending on where your business is at in its development, we will initially map out the available avenues to reach your goals in order to assess if there are components that are missing or strategies that need to be shifted. We usually focus on developing the following four main areas:

1. The structure of the core foundation of the business.
2. The strategies and goals of the business.
3. The methods and systems that you are using to achieve your strategies and goals.
4. The prioritization of the additional needs of the business.
5. Growth and Expansion of your business.

Additionally, we will create or review your SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). This is the basis for us to help you by

• Creating solutions that you have yet to reach
• Introducing you to applicable network partners
• Providing you with a clearly defined path forward for your business to achieve success

This consultation package includes an ongoing step by step executable plan for your company to achieve success.

• Continual Consultation & Coaching Packages
• The Essential Consultation

Through 2 sessions we will provide you with the equivalent of the The Essential Consultation. This acts as the basis for our ongoing consultation in all of our business consultations.
We will developed these deliverables throughout the Business Coaching Package, but the Essential Consultation is not included as a stand alone session.
If you have received the Essential Consultation in the past 4 months, we are happy to credit that time and money toward your ongoing consulting/coaching package.
